On February 23, 2010 Irina Dorofeeva with her band presented in Belarusian Philharmonic Hall her new show “Girl at the Sea” named after the title song of Irina’s album made in co-operation with Russian composer and producer Kim Breitburg. At the concert Irina presented to the public the best songs of what she did in recent years. Starting from renowned hit “Embroidered Shirt” by Valentina Polikanina and Sergey Tolkunov (Irina’s entry to national selection to European Song Contest 2006) the programme included songs written for Irina by Belarusian authors such as Ismail Kaplanov, Oleg Averin, Eugeni Oleynik, Ruslan Platkov, Yuri Savosh, Yuliya Bykova as well as by Kim Breitburg. As the dedication to victory in Great Patriotic War (WWII) Irina performed a specially written for her waltz “Dear Lubov!” (Lubov is a name which means Love) describing the story of Irina’s grandparents during the war. Irina Dorofeeva will present the show “Girl at the Sea” during her concert tour throughout Belarus later in 2010.
